Rycroft Hotel is now operating a cut and wrap butcher shop that does custom cutting, as well as retail meats (that can be purchased right at the store in the hotel), as well as specialty meats that are shipped all over western Canada overnight courier (shipping in Styrofoam coolers with ice packs). We are currently onboarding a new online store that will have all of our specialty meats available for online ordering and door-to-door shipping.
Specialty meats include Bison, Elk, Deer Venison, Wild Boar and Dry aged beef aged from 30 days to 180 days using new techniques that were recently introduced and perfected and reduce waste while aging meat to perfection.
We also custom cut regular beef and pork, as well as retail fresh beef and pork in the store AT BIG BOX STORE PRICES. Come check out our selection and great prices.

There will also be a minimum charge of $150 for any animals under 100 pounds
